Class types

I offer three main class types:

  • Practice alongside fellow yogis in uplifting spaces. I teach fixed public studio classes on weekdays and weekends, so please contact me and I will share my personal studio schedule with you.

  • I teach classes in care home and hospital settings, where my approach remains rooted in accessibility and respect for physical limitations. I am currently completing a qualification in Chair Yoga to better support these sessions. Chair Yoga creates space for residents to move in ways that feel empowering and achievable.

  • Having worked in the corporate world for over six years, I understand firsthand the pace and demands that often come with the environment. I bring that awareness into corporate sessions, creating a space that feels grounding and genuinely supportive. The emphasis is not on performance, but on sustainable wellbeing, offering accessible and practical tools that employees can integrate into their daily routines to support a healthier relationship with work.
